Having spent 11 years as an HR Manager with a major pump manufacturer, Chris Rowe launched Rowe and Co., in 1985 to provide a professional recruitment service to rotating machinery companies in the UK. Since that time Chris has been instrumental in broadening the company’s activities into Europe and the Middle East.
Chris’s main activities are strategic planning, executive search and also introducing clients to the Thomas International psychometric testing programmes.
Paul Wheeler joined the company in 2000 and is currently Business Development Director; he has significantly expanded the market base into turbo machinery, mechanical seals, process control and aftermarket engineering. Paul has also been responsible for developing the company’s IT systems.
Paul’s background has been in aftermarket and new equipment sales, having worked for Hayward Tyler, Sulzer Pumps, Flowserve and Alfa Laval.
Judy Pearmaine joined the company in 2006 as Office Administrator. Judy has extensive experience of sales administration gained in the Leisure, Retail and Paper Industries.
Judy is responsible for the smooth running and development of the candidate database, client/candidate liaison and supporting the directors in the running of the company.
