Chris Rowe

Chris Rowe spent 11years as an HR Manager. He launched Rowe and Company in 1985, initially in the Pump Industry and subsequently for manufacturers and distributors of rotating machinery worldwide.

Rowe and Company’s second office was established in Melbourne in 2009. This office is responsible for recruitment in Asia Pacific and also Nth and Sth America.

Paul Wheeler

Paul Wheeler joined the company in 2000 and is currently Director and General Manager, responsible for recruitment in UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has significantly expanded the market base into turbo machinery, mechanical seals, process control and aftermarket engineering. Paul has also been responsible for developing the company’s IT systems.

Paul’s background has been in aftermarket and new equipment sales, having worked for Hayward Tyler, Sulzer Pumps, Flowserve and Alfa Laval.

Dianne Rowe

Dianne has recently joined the company as Director and Company Secretary after a long career in education. She has spent the last twelve years as a Principal, most recently of a London International School.

Dianne has a Masters Degree in Administration and Policy and brings experience in mentoring and coaching of both leaders and leadership teams in Australia and the UK
