Rowe & Co has moved and new Director and General Manager appointed

Specialist recruitment consultant Rowe and Co has moved to Biggleswade. The move took place in May of this year, with UK operations being headed by newly promoted Director and General Manager Paul Wheeler.

Paul joined Rowe and Co in 2000, following a successful career in aftermarket and new equipment sales with industry leaders such as Hayward Tyler, Sulzer Pumps, Flowserve and Alfa Laval.

Together, Chris, Managing Director of Rowe and Co, and Paul have 50 years experience in their market sector and have established a position of international recognition.

Chris explains the decision to locate the UK base in Biggleswade. “As part of our expansion programme, we acquired a local company, GRK Recruitment, in 2007. They added a significant slice of business to our portfolio, adding the supply of design engineers, CAD engineers and project engineering to our capability and both businesses shared the client focus and market knowledge that has contributed so much to our success.”

In recent months the company has successfully undertaken new assignments across Europe and the USA, and as of May has Biggleswade at its hub.
